To be honest with u, I don't really like Smashbox products, I had the Tokidoki for Smashbox collection for awhile and I wasn't very happy wit the pigmentation of them at all. The only reason I decided to get both the Tokidoki ones and this Heartbreaker ones just because of the packagings (they have very nice sexy design on the box *wink wink*)
Here are the swatches and pics of the palettes itself
Each palette include 6 colors and a small eyeshadow brush
as u can see it's a very sleek white pearl package wit "smashbox" and lip imprinted on it
This is the "kiss 'N Tell" palette
- These are all shimmer colors, except the black one come out matte even though I do see little shimmer from the palette
- This 1 probablie has the most pigmented from the 2, the light coral pink on the right corner (have the least pigment as u can see, it has a massive amount of shimmer, but it is a perfect color for korean natural makeup looks ^-^)
- Have very fine shimmer
The "Hot Date" Palette
- This probablie is considered more of a neutral palette
- It has a combination of both shimmer and matte (which is the 1st "nude" and 6th "taupe" color counted from left to right)
- the matte color seem to be the least pigmented
- the nude color on the left corner came out very chalky, which I find very hard to work with
- The shimmer ones have very fine shimmer, except the ocean blue one have more chunky glitter
Overall, I do love these palette, u can make a lot of looks with them
I have to say that they are way more pigmented than the Tokidoki for Smashbox palettes that I owned, They are also quite silky and easy to work wit except some of the color I listed above.
I haven't used the brush, so I cant say aniting about it, but it seem pretty soft. I might just use it for a touch up since it so small it good for corners.
The size of the palette is quite small and light weight, which is excellent for traveling, it a definitely a plus
I would give it a 4 out of 5 Bunnies!!!! ^-^
