it's the year of the Rabbit and if u r Vietnamese then it's a year of the cat

what's my favorite part of new year? obviously lixi or hong bao =D

 if u all have no idea what these r, they are basicly  paper envelopes, every new year the elder will give u these envelopes that include "lucky money" in them.

Sometime u can make a fortune out of it... I usually got at least $100 every year.

another thing I'm excited about of course is the food
wanna see what i got for breakfast today?

We actually had more "traditional" food with alot more amount the last 2 days... believe it or not... talking about a big feast, this is alot better than the Thanksgiving dinner

Oh and guess wat? I'm actually still hearing firecracker outside while sitting in my room XD

The Viet-Town is having a fair. I went there yesterday with the kids and they had a blast/

There are food stalls, the carnivals type of games, asian LOTTO

Music , fashion shows, and something about Miss Vietnamese of So-CAL i think

there might be more today

U can also stop by the Lion Plaza on Tully RD
